Melody began her healthcare journey in 2002 as a licensed practical nurse, and later transitioned to a registered nurse in 2005. Throughout her career, she has gained valuable experience in various areas including emergency care services, critical care services, medical-surgical services, geriatrics, and correctional services. Melody pursued her undergraduate and graduate degrees at Old Dominion University, and she is currently a licensed autonomous Family Nurse Practitioner.
In addition to her current role, she is also working towards her Doctorate and PHD in Integrative Medicine. Melody holds the esteemed position of President at A Touch of Grace Healthcare, where she provides medical support to numerous other facilities. She actively participates as a member of the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Melody's primary focus is on educating and empowering individuals, equipping them with the necessary knowledge to enhance their self-awareness and self-wellness.

Dr. Miranda earned his medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines in 1996. He completed his internship and residency training in Internal Medicine at the same institution and at the Brooklyn Hospital Center in New York. Board certified in Internal Medicine since 2001, Dr. Miranda specializes in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living facility, and memory care, focusing on Internal Medicine and General Geriatrics. Serving as a Medical Director, his aim is to establish a new standard of care by integrating multi-specialty care in geriatrics to enhance the well-being of residents in all Long-Term Care and Assisted Living facilities across Virginia.

Jeremy Kellems, FNP-C, C.O.O.
Jeremy, a native of Louisville, KY, embarked on his professional journey in critical care and open-heart surgery. He successfully obtained his MSN degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, specializing in the Family Nurse Practitioner program. Jeremy's expertise is recognized by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, as he is board certified by them. Throughout his career, Jeremy has been committed to delivering healthcare services to underserved communities and geriatric patients. His exceptional work as an autonomous Nurse Practitioner, advocating for the marginalized and voiceless, was recently acknowledged by the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners. Jeremy's unwavering dedication to providing consistent and dependable care to the elderly, who are unable to care for themselves, is evident in his practice.

Melissa V. Payne, FNP-BC
Melissa Payne holds a Master of Nursing degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, VA, which she completed in May 2002. Prior to that, she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the same university in December 1999. Melissa also holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology, which she obtained with Cum Laude honors from Middle Tennessee State University, Murfreesboro, TN in May 1995. Throughout her career, Melissa has been dedicated to helping patients achieve their weight loss goals and improve their overall health. She specializes in medical weight loss and has extensive experience in managing chronic diseases and treating acute illnesses. Her expertise is particularly valuable in working with geriatric patients. Currently, Melissa is focused on providing care to patients in long-term care, skilled, and assisted living communities. She is an active member of the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, demonstrating her commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in her field.

Brittney Dodt, FNP--BC
Brittney graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in science. She then worked as a Registered Nurse in a progressive care telemetry unit while pursuing her Master's Degree, which she completed by the end of 2010. Following this, she continued her nursing career at VCU Health System for another year. Since 2012, Brittney has accumulated experience in various healthcare settings, including inpatient and outpatient care, correctional medicine, retail healthcare, gastroenterology, and pulmonary critical care. She is committed to providing holistic care to the community in Metro Richmond, drawing on her expertise in different subspecialties. Brittney's dedication to nursing shines through in her role as a Nurse Practitioner, where she delivers comprehensive care to patients of all ages and medical backgrounds.

She actively develops and implements policies and procedures, ensuring peace of mind for residents and their families. Mrs. Morgan, a vital member of the A Touch of Grace Healthcare Team, exemplifies grace in her work, making the company more than just a name. Her numerous credentials, certifications, and degrees reflect the hard work, time, and dedication she invests in her daily responsibilities.
