Melody E. Boxley, FNP-C/ PMHNP-BC/
President
Melody Boxley, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, began her career in healthcare in 2002. Melody has enjoyed practicing in emergency care services, critical care services, medical-surgical services, correctional services and is most passionate about geriatric medicine. Melody attended Old Dominion University for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees. She currently holds a license as an autonomous Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in psychiatric and behavioral health studies received from Radford University. Currently, she is pursuing her PHD and doctorate degrees in Integrative Medicine. She is a member of the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Her passions are educating and empowering others with the knowledge to promote healthy self-awareness and self-wellness. Her goal is to reshape healthcare, placing the patient back at the top of the hierarchy of medicine.

Altory M. Miranda, MD
Dr. Miranda received his medical degree from University of Santo Tomas, Manila Philippines in 1996. He finished his internship and residency training in Internal Medicine in the same institution and at the Brooklyn Hospital Center, NY. He has been Board certified in Internal Medicine since 2001. He devoted practice in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living facility, and memory care., with practices in Internal Medicine and General Geriatrics. Dr. Miranda serves as a Medical Director for Hospice and Home Health with a goal to create a new standard of care by combining multi-specialty care in the practice of geriatrics to benefit residents in every Long-Term Care and Assisted Living facilities in Virginia.

Jeremy Kellems, FNP-C/Chief Operating Officer
Jeremy, a native of Louisville, KY, embarked on his professional journey in critical care and open-heart surgery. He successfully obtained his MSN degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, specializing in the Family Nurse Practitioner program. Jeremy's expertise is recognized by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, as he is board certified by them. Throughout his career, Jeremy has been committed to delivering healthcare services to underserved communities and geriatric patients. His exceptional work as an autonomous Nurse Practitioner, advocating for the marginalized and voiceless, was recently acknowledged by the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners. Jeremy's unwavering dedication to providing consistent and dependable care to the elderly, who are unable to care for themselves, is evident in his practice.

Melissa Payne, FNP-BC/PMHNP-A
Melissa completed her Master of Nursing at Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, VA in May 2002; graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, VA in December 1999; graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology at Middle Tennessee State University, Murfreesboro, TN in May 1995. She currently holds a license as an autonomous Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in psychiatric and behavioral health studies received from Radford University. Currently, she is pursuing her PHD and doctorate degrees in Integrative Medicine. Her primary focus is geriatric medicine. She focuses on chronic disease management as well as acute illnesses. She also has a background in medical weight loss helping patients achieve their weight loss goals to become healthy and improve some of their chronic medical conditions. Melissa Payne is a member of the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners and American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Shannon, the Clinical Nurse Specialist at ATOGH, is responsible for providing direct patient care and serving as an expert healthcare professional across multiple facilities. She effectively directs facility staff and collaborates closely with on-site providers. Shannon's dedication lies in improving healthcare for the geriatric population, and her experience as a veteran in a management position makes this task effortless. She actively develops and implements policies and procedures, ensuring peace of mind for residents and their families. Mrs. Morgan, a vital member of the A Touch of Grace Healthcare Team, exemplifies grace in her work, making the company more than just a name. Her numerous credentials, certifications, and degrees reflect the hard work, time, and dedication she invests in her daily responsibilities.

Brenda Ewell,

Brenda Ewell completed her A.A.S. in applied science at E.C.P.I. College of Technology in 2004. Transitioning into retail office management, she excelled in building strong customer relationships and establishing enduring partnerships. Brenda prioritizes face-to-face interactions in today's tech-driven world, serving as a role model by emphasizing customer satisfaction and mentoring aspiring leaders. Her background in medical transportation reinforced the importance of assisting those in need. Brenda understands the value of exceptional customer service and nurturing lasting connections in business, striving to foster a welcoming atmosphere that puts patients and clients at ease.
